Alex Compter appreciated this focus on freshness, noting that the café is kid-friendly, making it an ideal stop for families.

“ This coffee shop frequently appears in my searches for top cafés in Kawagoe, and I've been wanting to visit it for a while. It's located about a 10-minute walk from the station, slightly off the main street. To get there, you take a right turn from Crea Mall and walk straight; the café is on the second floor, accessible by stairs. When I visited, it was quite busy, with many elderly customers and nearly all the seats were occupied. They offer a discounted dessert set in the afternoon if you order a coffee. The coffee itself was quite good, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I haven't tried the lunch set yet, and I paid for my drink in cash without any issues. ”
“ Cool little restaurant. Big tables with some sofa-like seating. Relaxed and kid friendly. Nice selection of beer with most bottles around 800 yen. Lunch dishes were mostly under 1000 yen. Adults must buy a drink. The food was pretty good, lots of veggies. The jerk chicken was great. They are serious about their rules. You have to finish everything or take it home in a 50 yen container. I don`t know if you can bring your own doggy bag to avoid that fee. Even a little onion or lettuce has to be finished or brought home. Overall the atmosphere was a big draw and I'll be going back to try some of the beers I haven't seen anywhere else. ”
“ You have to get a drink (table charge). If you don’t, you are charged 300yen for not ordering drinks. The staff is nice. They explained a lots to me when I got confused about what I wanted. The shop is chill but it’s a bit crowded during the weekend ”
“ オーナーの丁寧に作られた料理は味わい深くて、最後まで『美味しい』と呟いてしまいました! 奥様もフードロスをきちんと考慮した優しい接客をしてくださり、娘の嫌いな物を聞いてくれたり、ライスの量も細かくオーダーできるのにも驚きました! ボリュームもありお腹いっぱいでしたので、残念ながらデザートには辿り着かす。 次回はデザートも絶対いただきに行きます。 ご馳走様でした。 ”
“ Their food is delicious and their portions are quite large. The only thing is that you have to buy a drink with your food which makes lunch a little expensive. ”
“ A very good place for relex in the afternoon ”
“ This place is so cozy. It is also a non-smoking cafe. They also have organic decaf coffee. ”
“ ローストビーフのライスボウルを注文!口コミを見たときから食べたいなぁと思ってました。結果大満足 食後に頼んだパンカーカも今まで食べたことのない味、食感で、とっても美味しかったです。また行きたいです。 ”
